    Getting back to basics

    I am new to CoreFirst and really enjoy the basic classes that help with getting back to taking care of myself. I have done martial arts and yoga in my mid-40s until cancer stopped my exercise routine. I am now trying this system to return to the flexibility and core strength needed for my retirement years.     issues with app

    so far i like the equipement however the app keeps stopping and I am so frustrated with it! i hate spending time on technology that doesn't work well! i just want this on my firestick or smart tv and its not working, ugh.

    I'm sorry you're frustrated! However, this sounds a bit like a network issue, meaning that your current connection isn't strong enough to play the video in full-on-demand. If you want, you can download the videos offline and it should fix the challenge you're facing. Being that the app uses the internet while you watch the videos, this will stop the buffering you're experiencing when you don't have a strong connection. A poor connection may also cause issues when attempting to cast it to your TV.
