We offer FREE ground shipping for all orders over $100.
We ensure quick shipment to all 50 U.S. states, shipping out within the next business day of purchase. The typical order within the U.S. arrives within 7 days of purchase date.
Special Conditions
Unless otherwise noted, Corefirst will use commercially reasonable efforts to ship products within a reasonable time after receipt of your properly completed order. Although Corefirst may provide delivery or shipment timeframes or dates, you understand that those are Corefirst's good-faith estimates and may be subject to change. You further understand that product availability may be limited and particular products may not be available for immediate delivery, in which case the products will be delivered when they become available. Corefirst shall not be liable for any loss, damage, cost, or expense related to any delay in shipment or delivery. Corefirst is not responsible for any duties, taxes, or any fees related to shipments outside of the U.S.
Returns or Exchanges
At Corefirst, we stand behind our products and are confident that they will perform as designed. If you are not 100% satisfied with the quality and performance of our products, you may return or exchange any Corefirst™ Training product within 30 days of when you receive your purchase.You, the buyer, will be responsible for any and all return shipping and exchange costs.
You are important to us, and we want to make sure you have an incredible experience with us so we also offer a 1 YEAR WARRANTY on any product defects from reasonable use. See Warranty Info for more.
To protect our customers and make sure that we handle every return or exchange with reasonable fairness, we cannot accept a return or exchange in certain situations, including:

Products damaged by misuse, abuse, improper care or negligence, or accidents

Returns missing parts of the original purchase

Products showing wear and tear. If you’re unsure on whether you are going to keep the product, please test it indoor, over soft surfaces only

Refunds on Subscriptions
We're here to help and want to ensure you're getting the most out of your membership. We want all our customers to feel the benefits of our Corefirst workouts and see life-changing results. With the subscription to the Corefirst Studio, you get all the programs, workouts, and challenges to workout with the Corefirst system. If you are not satisfied with the app, you are welcome to cancel at any time in your Corefirst Studio account.
Refunds for the subscription services may only be processed within 7 days of the invoice date for monthly memberships and within 30 days of the invoice date for yearly memberships. If you have any questions regarding your subscription, please contact us at support@corefirstpilates.com.
